SPUD NACHOS
Crispy fries tossed with cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, crisp bacon, scallions, 
housecrafted Pico de Gallo and drizzled with our chipotle aioli.  

SPICY BUFFALO CHICKEN TENDERS
Our take on Hot Wings – Forty Niner Amber Ale beer battered chicken tenders that are 
flash fried and tossed in our craft Snow Goose buffalo sauce, with carrots, celery, and ranch. 
Choice of hot or extra hot sprinkled with chili pepper flakes. 

SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP
Spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, and Parmesan cheese whipped together,
spiced with a hint of chili and garlic and baked golden brown, with toasted pita and
crunchy fresh vegetables. 

GARLIC BREAD
French baguette lathered with garlic-herb butter, baked golden brown
and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.

ALASKAN SALMON CAKES
Wild Alaskan salmon mixed with peppers, onions and SG seasonings, then
panko breaded seared to a golden brown, drizzled with our chipotle aioli and
served on a light bed of herb vinaigrette-tossed greens.

HUMMUS PLATE
House crafted classic garbanzo-based hummus with more than a splash
of our Urban Wilderness Pale Ale to “wild” it up, with Kalamata olives,
cucumbers, grape tomatoes, toasted pita. 

NUTS
When you want to save your money for our great beers, peel and eat roasted
and salted pistachios in the shell – you eat the nuts, we keep the shells.

Crisp iceberg lettuce wedge, drizzled with our blue cheese dressing, blue cheese

THE GOOSE BURGER
The pride of the Goose, this fresh grind choice chuck burger is high heat seared
on a toasted brioche bun with Snow Goose root beer-mustard aioli, lettuce, tomato,
grilled red onions and you choice of Swiss or cheddar cheese. 

LAMB BURGER
This baa baa bad to the bone craft lamb burger is stuffed with sundried tomatoes, pine
nuts, crumbled feta, mint, rosemary, and garlic, then grilled, on a toasted brioche bun
with fresh field greens and cucumber-dill sauce. 

REINDEER BURGER
Another Goose classic – this wild reindeer and choice chuck grind burger is high
heat seared on a brioche bun with mayo, grilled onions, lettuce, tomato and
your choice of Swiss or cheddar cheese. 

THE REUBEN
Seared corned beef on marbled rye, with kraut, Swiss cheese,
and dripping with Gary’s secret Reuben sauce. 

GARDEN BURGER
Seared original garden burger patty on a brioche bun with mayonnaise, lettuce,
and tomato and your choice of Swiss or cheddar cheese. 

BLACKENED ALASKAN COD SANDWICH
Spicy Goose blackened seasoned and seared Alaskan cod on a brioche bun
with our chipotle aioli, lettuce, and tomato. 

AK STYLE FISH TACOS
Spicy Goose blackened seasoned and seared Alaskan cod served in warm Taco Loco tortillas
with cilantro-cabbage slaw, house crafted Pico de Gallo and our chipotle aioli.

Alaskan Cod hand cut and battered in our Forty Niner Amber Ale beer rolled in panko and
lightly fried golden brown with crispy fries, and fresh house crafted tartar sauce.

Our take on the classic, warm you to the bone treat, of wild Alaskan salmon,
cod, clams, king crab, potatoes and spinach simmered in a tomato-fennel broth
with our crafted Parmesan garlic bread.

We are proud to offer the best salmon in the world, Alaskan. Grilled to order,
basted with our craft red chili honey and garlic glaze. 

ALASKAN KING CRAB
One pound of the best King Crab in the world, steamed and
served with drawn butter and fresh lemon.
